On Superbowl Sunday Jim made a Bacon Explosion. It is bacon rolled up in sausage and wrapped in bacon. With BBQ sauce slathered on for good measure. Not something we should eat often.

On Superbowl Sunday Jim made a Bacon Explosion. It is bacon rolled up in sausage and wrapped in bacon. With BBQ sauce slathered on for good measure. Not something we should eat often.

Isaac and I are pretty impressed with this 'snack'. We just hope Jim didn't eat the whole thing.:)
