Brett's First Day of Kindergarten

Brett started kindergarten this year. He is excited to go to the school that Zak does. He wanted me to drop him off so he could walk into school by himself. I told him no that I really wanted to walk him in on his first day. He let me and I think once we got there he was glad because he squeezed my hand tighter and tighter as we walked through the hallway. The Second day I tried to walk him again (his teacher said we could the first week and after that they needed to learn to go in by themselves) but he would not let me. I guess I am thankful he is doing so well and wants to be independent.
